For it is written: Romans 13:1-7; 2 Timothy 2:15; and 2 Timothy 3:14-17. In reference to 2 Timothy 3:17, "That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works", this verse is reference to Romans 8:1-17, 28-39, particularly verses 28-33, as in reference to St. John 3:21; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 3:11-23; and James 2:17-26!
This prophetic scripture is fulfilled, the Kingdom of God is come on earth as it is in heaven, according to the revelation of the mystery, according to Romans 16:25-27; 2 Corinthians 4:1-15; and Ephesians 3:1-21, note verse 9, as it is written, And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:..!
